Aftermarket cams? Foot on gas while in neutral?

Does it bounce? There may be a vacuum leak if it bounces.

no bounces, no cams, stock
just retimed and checked the icv valve disconnected but no luck

oh and forgot to mention that when i do retard so it idles @ 700rpm = no power and when you gas it, bogs like a motha-back to stock when you hit gas it just keeps going up-killing coilpack and ignitor

Put it back to stock timing and test it out.

if it's steady at 3k then its timing or a vaccum leak. From what you have been saying in this thread you have messed w/ the timing. Maybe you hit loose a vac line.

yeah but the if the vacuum line is loose than wouldn't it be irratic like jumping up and down during idle??
i have been retarding timing like a *****-
no help and power whatsoever
i do have boost, bov, and wastegate connected but i checked all of the vacuums already-pretty good-i even went to disconnect the idle air valve and it still wouldn't go down-this is really suckin big time

nope. If it is a vac leak it would just jump up. If its like a half leak where sometimes it comes loose and sometimes it seals then it would jump. Maybe your cam timing is off too?
