Engine missing while idling.
 

During idle, warm or cold or anywhere inbetween, the engine sounds like its misses once in a while. Any ideas?

if you are runiing boost, then you might have shitty check valves.

Be sure to check your spark plugs, gap, looks,whatever.

Do you have old, shitty plug wires.

nope, brand new OEM plugs/wires/dist.

sounds fine then WOT. once in a while it backfires while de-accelterating.

Has I/H/E, Cam, light flywheel. The full warm idle is really low, around 400rpm aswell.
