cliff note:
they are re-creating the big "BANG BANG BANG" that thought was what created the world, which could create a black hole or ---- like that......meh....

I didn't watch it, but I'm assuming it's about Cern... What people don't mention is that you're bombarded by higher energy particles all the time that radiate from the sun.. so some bigass accelerator is only using a ton of power by our standards, but it's really nothing in the grand scheme of things.

large hadron collider. creates micro black holes that only exist for less than a second. it happened like a month ago.... if there were an accumulation of black holes floating around we'd know

well nobody really knows

its called a black hole because its gravity is so intense it also keeps light from escaping...I think they only find them because there are "voids" when scanning the universe

ah...and by seeing the effect it creates on orbiting ---- or seeing the stellar gasses being sucked in

and apparently i'm wrong about it sucking ---- in as long as the objects are outside of the "event horizon"

reading at work and expanding the brain is fun...

You guys realize all their work is based on Stephen Hawking's theory that black holes dont become this nothingness void, but can 'leak' energy until they evaporate? This is coming from the man that said quantam physics were a joke and flat out denied most of the scientific theory that is commonly accepted in the Astro-physics community today, partially because he stole ideas from others and published them, not claiming they were his own but everyone assumed they were since "the theories were in his book."

----, Einstein discovered dark energy nearly 100 years ago, and didnt even realize it. And it took until the late 90's before everyone recognized the fact that his early equations were true, and Hubble was wrong.

Basically, all your lives are in the hands of a mad man, who more than likely has it out for the world that left his existence in the state it is.
Food for thought.

Well, 99% of what you know is somehow based on information you've got from someone else... I don't see him as "stealing" ideas. He might have used them and added to them or used them because he agrees with them. As long as he doesn't flat out say, "this is my idea," it doesn't bother me.

2 + 2 is 4. Did I steal that idea? Hell no, I just agree with it.

Everyone seems like a madman that says something people don't understand or says something that can't be proved (at the current time), but it doesn't make it incorrect.

Remember, a madman also said the world is round...
