"all the money"... yeah i'm sure it's a shitload. The state's really making a shitload selling the testing machines, those things are tens of thousands of dollars each, oh wait, they're sold by a privately owned company also. :P

I have never had to have a car tested and I only live about 30 minutes from you?

im required to get emission tested. if you livce 30 minutes from me now, you live in a different county that doe require emission tests.

mention something about the multiple hundreds of tonnes of pollution spewed out by industrial factories, air and solid waste. that's a good fallback argument.
