Wrong forum entirely, let the fireworks begin.

I did hear that those bushings can cause binding though. You should look into the Prothane bushings and the Mugen bushings from king motorsports, those may not bind as much if at all.

Honda-Tech hype/bandwagon/retardedness... the pins in the Prothane (or whatever) kits are floating in the bushing. i dont understand what its suppose to bind on? even at that what you think happens to the stock pin/bushing in a lowered Honda? it will always be loaded wouldnt it?

Indeed. They're also lubed to all hell when installed correctly.

This is one of the main reasons for sloppy handling in any Honda with more then 100K on the odometer.I just got some from Altrom and they were dirt cheap.

Ive got the whole Energy Suspension on my EF and the car rides well, except that when I was swapping my rear springs I had a hard time forcing the trailing arm down. :P
No binding here though.

The CRX had OEM ones filled with caulk, worked great.

I have the ES inserts now, 0 miles on them so no feedback, but I fail to see how the ---- they are supposed to bind. ???

if by saying they bind you mean they dont allow full movement like the stock ones then you are right, they dont allow any movement other than what is needed.
poly bushings are meant to keep your components from "wandering" around the bolt/pin so you will lose movement over the stock bushings
