Ebay, seller doesnt ship, How-To report?
 

------- sent out $415 for a new set of wheels on Ebay, buddy gets the cash, tells me he shipped the wheels (feb 8th) and hasnt spoken to me since

I know Ive been taken or atleast I think, how do I report it on ebay to ebay other than just leaving negative feedback? cant find it

they are some chinos from Hongkong AFAIK. prob.ly don`t give a ---- about a claim :-X just look at how many time they changed their user ID :-X
