Ebay "power chips"

I highly doubt these would work, also what does messing around with the IAT do? |
Re: Ebay "power chips"
dude they have dyno sheets to prove it, of course it works :S

Re: Ebay "power chips"
I had one but took it out, floorboard kept falling out.
Too fast for me, I'll stick to forced induction. |

An IAT hack seams pointless when the ECU is going to try to cycle your AFR around the O2 sensor any way. IAT reports denser air> ECU enrichens accordingly> O2 reports richer mix> ECU leans out again :S |

Re: Ebay "power chips"
one of my friends is a dumbass and bought something like that.... he got it in the mail and it was a chip with 2 wires soldered onto 2 of the pins. It was very nicely packaged in a ..napkin.. plugged it into his saturn and it was still just as slow and it threw a CEL. best $35 he ever spent. HA

It's not even a chip. It's a ------- fancy resistor. Two wires does not a microchip make.

you have almost a 1000 posts here and thought that would work [/quote] I was under no impression that it would really work, i was trying to see what others on the forum had to say about the so called inline resistor in between your o2 sensors harness.
