Its a test pipe. Look for a brand named Carsound on ebay. They have highflow cats in all sorts of sizes.

Yeah I have one of those on my Civic. It isn't even a cat, it's a resonator.

Had one on my car cause I got it cheap from one of my friend that imports it. Trust me Not worth paying any money for. Week after it was installed all the crap shot out from the inside when i revved up the exhaust.

I just spent the money and bought a Magnaflow cause those are legal and you can get them in 3 inch inlet and outlet and they are only 55.95 shipped on ebay with a lifetime warranty,. most ebay cats are straight gutted.

just get a magnaflow, can't go wrong with a lifetime warranty

then make your own real test pipe once your turbo:
2 flanges: $25 tops at a muffler shop
10"? of 2.xx" pipe
weld it all together and bolt it on

it's what i did

If cops and smog are an issue, go with magnaflow, if not, just put a piece of pipe and get rid of the CAT.

You really can't get a good working cat that flows well. At least not for that cheap.

The ones that are $5, those are just resonators. If you don't have smog, sweet, rock it. It will pass a visual from a cop.

The only ones I know of that flow well and still meet emmisions standards are the espensive ones.
