Ebay ECU Chips
anybody know if these chips increase performance? it claims 5-20 extra HP but i know thats not true, but can it help a little? my d15 max out at 6500RPM and the ECU will change it to 8200RPM, will it be safe to go like....7000RPM? this thing is only about $20 including shipping and im i need to know if its a piece of ---- or its a pretty good deal.

piece of ----, all it basically does is advance your timing and remove your rev limiter, and no, it's not safe to rev your d15 that high, you have a factory rev limiter for a reason, not b/c honda didn't want you to have any fun
