ebay also charges the seller based on the final bid. even at 1% of the final bid, the seller is contractually obligated to pay ebay $999,999.00 in seller fees. we know the winning bidder isn't going to pay up. but the poor ---- who posted the ad will be in for a little bit of court drama..
