Yeah because i don't know what im taking about..
Because you have probably lost a substantial amount of weight and i haven't.
I HAVE KEPT THE WEIGHT OFF FOR OVER A MONTH AND I HAVE BEEN EATING CARBS LIKE A SIV BUT THAT BECAUSE IM WEIGHT TRAINING.and it helps repair muscle.

ITS LIKE ANYTHING ELSE ON THIS WEBSITE DON'T TELL SOMEONE HOW TO DO something that you haven't done yourself
THATS LIKE SAYING IF YOU CHEW GUM YOU WILL LOSE 5 POUNDS IN 1000000 YEARS. thats the only way to lose weight and keep it off.

your entitled to your opinions and I to mine.

look we all know how to eat right..it doestnt even matter what u eat..as long as u burn more calories than u intake.. u lose weight.. first u need to calculate how much u can eat in a day, and stay at the weight u r at.. so .. lets say u r 200lbs.. so you take 200 x 10 = 2000, plus 200(yur weight ) x 2 = 400, 2000 + 400 = 2400, so you can eat 2400 calories a day, and not gain a single pound... so your goal should be to eat only 2000, not after 6PM, and do INTENSE Biking cardio for 30 min. thats 300 calories burned.. and u will lose atleast 2.5lbs a week.. and 10lbs a month isnt bad..

In dayton its when you turn 40 you smoke 40 grams of meth and weigh 40 pounds

I've been working out a bunch and going to the gym 3 ish times a week, I want to get in better shape though. My diet is awful and i want to make it better. I buy my own food by the way (im not in a dorm)

I don't want to spend more than is necessary on food and i want to buy stuff that will last. (as opposed to a box of hot pockets that will go missing in a week)

Whats some good food to buy thats relatively easy to prepare and is better for me than nachos and chilli?
----, I never got the freshman 15 and Ima senior. I guess just quit buying the processed ----(i.e. hot pockets) You should listen to Jim gaffagan and his advice on em. Ivebeen eating alot of ramen and pizza but balance it out with apple sauce, yogurt, peaches, lunch meat and some veggies. Just make sure to keep up on the working out part. I go lift usually 3-4 times a week.

Oh and eating 4-5 smaller meals a day is also better for you besides the bigger 3 meal a day thing.
