Not haten' on your skilz. I just think it is crazy that they make you use aluminum in college.
Leave the aluminum to the kids. If you are playing with wood in the pros, you should play with wood in the college levels.
I do love summer baseball and softball though, the aluminum bad makes me look like a stud.

community colleges use wood. thats where i played.
we use wood in semi pro in the summer...
d1,2,3 needs to change to wood, people get hurt...
i hurt kids in highschool when i used metal. 3rd basemen and pitchers

i played college ball a few years back at lower columbia college(nwaacc powerhouse team) and it was a wood bat league, i've seen guys that could crush the ball with aluminum bats break down and cry cause they couldn't do ---- with awood bat...lets juss say that if you hit like .500 with metal and you were to grab wood and use it for a season you'd be hitting .300's...and for you hittin a 440 ft shot at age 16 i find it hard to believe, i coach highschool ball and most kids arn't mature enough to hit it 300 ft, but there are exceptions to everything...but i wanna know if you messured it or if someone juss said "yeah thats about a 440 ft shot"
