Default dump tube

seriously, what is up with that ----- fart sound that comes out of the wastegate, you think they could have designed a $250 part to sound just a little better than that. Anywho, anybody have a dump tube? I was thinking of making one to muffle the god awful sound but wasnt sure if it would do the trick. God any ideas? I thought the idea of welding the tube to my exhaust was a pretty good idea. Give me some info!

The wastegates normally go back into your exhaust system then. There is two reasons guys leave them unhooked.. First its cheaper. Second its suppose to make more power. Its kind of like making your exhaust bigger since some of the exhaust gas doesn't use it now.
