i got a 1998 eclipse gst. i'm going through it all and checking fuses today and i see a fuse i never really paid attention to before. it was on the panel but there was no fuse in it.. its called "top chape" what the ---- is that? what does it do. whats it for? i've never seen it on any other car and i never paid attention to if it was there before. cause the car isnt runnin right now. so it might be important it might not i cant find ---- on it...
