if u are really worried drink tons of water and exercise and sweat that ---- out, its the only way...but if its been a month u r prolly good, its a daily habit of mine it would prolly take me 3 mths to get clean but if its a now and then thing then ur body just dumps it out

Exercise will burn off the fat though...

Seen it happen. You should have a certain percent of certain chemicals in normal **** for them to consider a good specimen. Another thing you can do is take some aspirin (forget what specific chemical) and it supposedly throws it off, but that can tip off some testing facilities too.
