k, this is complicated... but they will fall off after there are so many there right? just keep selecting them (NOT the one you dont want) and when it gets to the bottom, put in NEW URLs for everyday sites....then it should fall off...

IE menu bar. click on Tools ->option-> click the "clear history" button, you can also click the "delete cookies" and "delete files" button, while you are at the last step click " Delete all offiline content" to clear all the history.
