That all needs to be replaced. bearing won't sit correctly. It looks fubar. The parts can't really be that expensive. Junkyard as an alternative??

Spindles on car-part.com are well under $100 (a quick look I found a slew for $50 and less)

the day of ebay being cheap is gone.
We are talking spindle for 80 new dooder. My local German parts guy can get me the wheel bearings (inner and outter) and a seal for 19 bucks. I'd probably hit a junkyard for the rotor if i need to. I tossed it back in cause it looked like all the fucked up spots are only on the run out areas, where the actual race sat and all that looked mint so we'll see. I figure its a 20 dollar gamble so if it buys me a month then fine by me.
