microsoft is a very cunning machine, and it seems everyday they figure out new ways to squeeze money out of people. I understand that in order to run these massive online games it takes power and equipment and obivously money. My problem is how they have setup this cycle of buying more ---- to get the full expericence. basicly in order to play online you have to have a Windows live games account but you can only host servers if you pay for a Gold account. So you cant even play a game you purchased without signing up with their Windows ----. well there is no one with a gold account currently running a server for Kane and Lynch so IE there are no muliplayer games. now you could play locally but you HAVE to use a 360 controller.

The game it self is full of glitches as the audio doesnt work properly and I have a bacily OEM dell rig with plane jane soundblaster 24 bit live Sound card. Game has crashed twice int eh 4 days ive played it and it has Hueristic Cheat scanning, meaning it scans the game code while its running to detect abnormalities. So if you put in a code that made you invicable the game crashes it self. basicly che4at codes for this game are simple key binding so that it "refills the health" instead of invicable, so its a quick insertuion into game code then its removed before its deteced.

So M$ says that after you buy tehir 60$ game you gotta pay for a Gold live account, and an XBOX 360 controller. Oh and you cant cheat on a game you bought cause MS says so.

From here on out if anyone wants anything done my MS PM me and i will help you setup a bit torrent client and snag that ----. ---- paying them. They have already stated taht they want to minimize the time frame that Folks upgrade both game systems and Computer operating systems. Think of how long it was between PS2 and Xbox 360. they want to cut that in half so you're droppin 600+ every like 2-3 years to keep up.

lol. I dunno after I played GTA San Andreas on a PC I couldnt play it on PS2 anymore. graphics were so much better it was like a different game. and as far as Kane and Lynch being gay, i agree now but I figured the multiplayer was going to be the games saving grace.

I think im gonna try out the new Need for Speed.

PC's are for HMT and **** only. Get a PS or someother game system to play games.

I beg to differ, PCs are superior for gaming, especially for FPS games. Having a mouse to control aiming, while controlling player movement independently with the other hand using the keyboard, makes for a much better experience, and increased accuracy and hit ratio. The reason that many developers are not as supportive of PC platforms, is because piracy is much easier on the PC, than it is on many of the console platforms. I can DL a game from BT in an hour and be up and running on a PC in no time with no mods, no burning, hacking, etc.
