tell the guy that you are going to report him for internet fraud, report him to the police for theft/contract violation, and if you sent the moneyorder via u.s. mail report him to the postal inspector for mail fraud. mail fraud being probably the most serious. i have heard that if you also use a postal money order in the future it falls under mail fraud as well. if none of that works there are plenty of enforcers in nj that will probably help you. probably won't help too much, but you'll fell better and he won't...lol.
