He was selling a turbo driver with dp and oil pan (ls and tapped for turbo ready),Sparco Harness,44mm HKS Replica. I sent money to him by paypal for turbo driver and dp + oil pan and flanges and he didnt send the oil pan.
He told me he sent the oil pan and i never received it i can prove that.And now he is selling the oil pan again.

You're a pretty funny guy. I know I sent you all 4 items. As I said I have the receipts that show that I mailed you the 4 packages. I can post them if you want. Remember when I offered to last time and you didnt want them.

And why is it that Paypal said you was lying about not getting the packages? They dropped the claim because they contacted UPS and found that all 4 packages had got there on time.

That oil pan is off my new block that I just got from a company in NC named RLZ (Speed Inovations).

Before you start talking ---- and ------ing lies you need to come clean about a few things.

Do you really need 2 tapped oil pans? is that what's got your pannies in a bunch?

Yes it was that long ago.

He sent a complaint to paypal like 4 days after it was mailed and said I didn't mail him his stuff. Even though 4 days aint ---- in mailing, and not to mention it was on a friday, and everyone that mails knows that the post doesn't run on sundays... Then he emailed me like 2 days after that and said. "Oh I got the turbo and lines but nothing else." So I asked him to wait a few days and see what happened because it was 4 boxes.

He kept telling me that he didn't get anything else, well it finally came out when he wrote his message to paypal that he got all of it except (he says) the oil pan.

I posted up the tracking numbers, paypal said he was wrong ALL 4 packages had arrived, so his claim was dropped.

I can't believe this kid is really serious. He got his ----, I could understand if he was trying to get another turbo out of me... But why in the hell is he trying to get another oil pan?

Mr. Turbo.Stuff :) i saw all those slips copies from usps and now i am showing those pictures to everybody and you and let me hear what you say about them.
you are saying you sent 4 items of course oil pan included!!!! but there is not enough charge for oil pan at all. Everybody knows how much it cost to ship it.
The usps slips you posted here shows 4 different label like you said but there is no oil pan charge on it.
look at the pictures now.
There is not big enough box to get oil pan in it also you cant send the oil pan without wrapping as a hazard item and more cost of course.
And boxes and downpipe says just 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3 on them MEANS there are just 3 items.
Also the slips you showed has charges and you are pretending one of them oil pan probably the one with big charge $12.14 BUT it is not that one thats turbo driver box.
Pls just show the slips really clear and let us see which one is the oil pan.
Also if you take really good clear pictures of those slips it can show very well the truth.
I am not a cheap guy to deal for that shity oil pan.All you have to do is say "SORRY" But the problem is you still lie and try to be a smart ass.

If you want to prove you send the oil pan ,show exact charge for it on the usps slip.

I sold and bought some stuff from hmt guys and never had any problem except this guy.
here in this case i am the one who bought stuff and didnt get what i paid for, lost money.

Just because you take a pen and mark some stickers to say what you want them to say then take pics of the 3 out of 4 boxes doesn't prove anything.

My real question is what's your deal? You got all four packages, why are you giving me ---- and f.ing up my sells? Everything worked, and it's all mailed.

If you will all please take a look at the slips I've shown I've tried to make it as clear as I can that that all four were mailed.

The first is 6.4lbs- which I just posted closer.- Oil Pan
2 is for the extra fittings.
7 is for the DP
17 is for the turbo.

What more can I post to show that I don't understand this guys problem/situation...?

Well I don't know what to say. I escelated it to a claim, as you can read on the thing you just posted because I thought you were lieing. Why would I escelate it to a claim if I was lieing? I didn't to it today to make myself look better. I did it way back then because I thought you were ripping me off. Like I said in my for sale thread if you didn't get it I'm sorry.

Like I also said, I did not pay a hazard fee. But it shouldn't have leaked anything. I leaned it perfectly. If they have some weird scanning machine that can tell oil had been there before then maybe they took it. But I don't think those devices exist... so I don't know where the (your) oil pan is.

I have this one, a second one. If you'd like to buy it. J/K. (but for real, buy it.)
