domain name registration ??
Just need to get some feedback on what service/website do you guyz use for your domain name registration. How much are paying a year and also how pleased are you with their service. Right now since I have dynamic ip, I'm using no-ip.com for dns, and thinking about using godaddy.com for domain name registration. Any inputs are welcome.
Thanks |
Re: domain name registration ??
GoDaddy handles all our ish. Truthfully, the level of customer service they provide, eclipses any difference in price there may be...

Re: domain name registration ??
LOL... wow. I just got done officially taking over a website for a non-profit organization I'm with. The 6 month long ------- trainwreck ended this past weekend. ;D
The company I was using sucked. They kind of came with the site... so I had to gain control of the account & name before I could do anything with it. Fun. My NEW registrar is Godaddy.com I've used them for a couple of other things and they've been pretty good. No complaints. I just started using webhosts4life.com for hosting and they're ------- amazing. If you want to check them out, use the link on my website. We're a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and we get credit or money or some ---- if we refer people. www.animal-outreach.org (link is on the lower RH side). |

Re: domain name registration ??
I have my own server running slackware, so no need for webhosting for the time being. And with what said above, looks like I will go with godaddy.
