yeah. i remember zc's used to be hella cheap. i used to get them from a used japan engine place for $350.

i got one last year from them and it was $500.

he gave it to me for 450 cause i paid cash. but thats what he was askin

yeah i paid $400 for my first one, but it came with a bunch of extra ----. from an importer...
also they did a leakdown test on a few of them while i was there. i got the best one. the guy even let me swap valve covers with a different one.
a friend bought one on craigslist about a year ago with all new gaskets for $300, but he got a damn good deal on that.

i think my next honda will be a single cam, but i loved my zc

Found mine at a pull-a-part for $170 hanging there by one engine mount with everything else unhooked Took 3 minutes to get it out of the car and it ran like a champ

------ hmotors is getting 650 for a ZC now plus shipping to CT is like 200. its not like you can just go to a junkyard and pull one out of a car. now a z6 on the other hand i can get plenty of for 2-300 complete

The zc is on its last leg. Im going to scan some of my old zc pics this weekend if I get some free time.

...currently have one ZC and two D16A8's. They're pretty much hated down here, mainly because getting parts for them is next to impossible.
