I cant tell if it is sleeved or not, cause I am thinking about picking it up, but there is controversy on weather it is sleeved or not.
Thanks in advance.

The seller is an asshat, he stores crankshafts on their side so they warp. :1
Darton makes an OE-equivalent drop-in sleeve that is actually an upgrade from the stock (ribbed) Honda sleeve. I've made a bit of power off of engines running them, but you don't see them often. The aluminum surrounding the sleeve is usually a little chipped or shows obvious signs of having been molested from their install (OEM sleeves have the block cast around them), and the top of the sleeve is a hair thicker than the OEM sleeve - an experienced eye would see a difference.
99% of the sleeves people are going to see are the closed deck sleeves, as posted here, and the flanged open deck sleeves... that flanged units are thick up top as the aluminum liner is cut down a couple inches.

Well that sucks cause I picked it up from him. I didnt pay $1000 though. I paid $650. But still it looked sleeved and the bore isnt 81 it is 84.5. I didnt think that you could bore stock that high. So pretty much I picked up a bare *** b18c1 fro $600.
