Does anyone in the phoenix metro area have a obd scan tool?

I just bought a '95 GSX and I need to run it through the ringer and see what comes out so I can pass emissions. The turbo is small and gh3y, any suggestions on a larger direct bolt-on?

Swap a 16g from the early EVO 1-3 or hell even a 14b is a upgrade over the T25 that comes on the 2g dsm's.

I thought 95 was OBD1, most parts places around here (Autozone included) don't have OBD1 scantools :-\
