Re:Does anyone know what "Si"means?

yeah its Sport Injected...

but think about this for a second: Sunroof Included...every Si has a sunroof, Prelude/Civic/CRX whatever. someone tried to convince me of that once...

Re:Does anyone know what "Si"means?

Re:Does anyone know what "Si"means?

actually, originally it was called a Honda Civic S way back in the 70s

BoostedBSeries 02-22-2003 08:41 PM

Re:Does anyone know what "Si"means?

actually he doesnt have a prelude si with carbs. the ont prelude that had carbs (besides the 1st generation) were the 83-87 s model (dont try to correct me, i owned one) and i read in the original brochure that all the Si models were fuel injected, which they were. that info come straight from honda. like i said, dont try to correct me, they originally called them the Si because all of the other models were carbed motors. think about the 2nd gen preludes... the the civics of that span... its sports injected... end of story

Re:Does anyone know what "Si"means?

I think they meant the X to stand for an explicit word.......maybe...."----."
Think about it.
CX Cost-effective ----
HX Hardly ----
VX Vtec ----
DX Dog ----
LX Ludacris ----
EX Extra ----
SI Sporty Intentions
And just for extra measure, replacing the integra with the RSX-- Really Stupid ----.

Re:Does anyone know what "Si"means?

bah, thats BS... I really like the RSX, even though it has no balls. My GF has a type s and its a pretty decent car.

Does this mean my FX is "Fast ----" or "Fucked ----"???

MikeJ-2009 02-25-2003 03:03 PM

Re:Does anyone know what "Si"means?

I'm gonna lean toward "fucked ----", but I hope for your sake we're both not wrong. I heard a rumor that it might stand for "fagget ----". HA HA

Re:Does anyone know what "Si"means?

Hey, whoa. That just ain't cool. The FX is a beautiful piece of 80's artwork that is just misunderstood. It is a light package with a block that doesn't wear protection just so it can play rough.

Re:Does anyone know what "Si"means?
