Does anyone know of any Toyota Turbo Rebuilt Suppliers?
 

I'm trying to help a co-worker/friend get a replacement turbo for his 22RET in his 4runner. He wants a stock CT20 turbo.

Does anyone know where I can source a rebuilt? No one seems to have much Toyota stuff...

Harry has a CT20 laying about, as well as 27,000,000 other turbos. If you get Mindy on the phone, don't freak, she's one of us and can spit facts, figures, and power outputs with the best of them, so just jump right into what you need.

He has the original CT20, the real one, not the one that comes on the 3rd gen 3sgte, which isnt actually a ct20 at all, but the mr2 community, in their infinite showcar knowledge, dubed the turbo a ct20. 2 completely different turbos, which sucks because the st205 turbo is actually "decent"

Mindy can find another turbo, or at least the parts to rebuild one. Make sure you tell her its from a 22rte.

1. mr2oc .com is the mr2 equivelent to HOnda-tech. They dont have tech. www.mr2board.com FTW

2. the turbo that came on 3rd gen 3sgte's is NOT a ct20b, it is a revision of the ct26. A few douchebag mr2 owners decided to call it that. The 22rte turbo is the only ct20 toyota built.

Regardless of whether or not they have tech, you can get parts. Usually cheap.

Sorry i'm not up to date with my 3sgte turbos. I don't own one, too new for my broke ass.
