why not? there is plenty of kids in this state that cant drive and get people killed all the time. you are in that group, you may be an exception but that is one person out of millions. and dont tell me your a perfect driver either.

---- no I'm not even near perfect. Sometimes I wonder how I haven't totaled my car. I'll admit that young drivers can be complete morons behind the wheel, I'm just saying that we don't need to be discouraging people from turbo.

they are thinking about putting HP limits on cars that the kids drive. the top is around 110 HP and 124 ftlb tq. I hope it passes. my 81 civic was only 50 HP and it was more than enough for me to learn to drive with.

I bought my first car at 14 with the hopes of making it nice by them time I was 16. Nothing ended up happening.
