That thing has been around for years. Like the paid to read emails. I used to do the paid to click/read emails cause I was seriously broke. It worked, but took forever! 1/4cent to 5cent a click takes a LONG time to reach their like $25.oo cash out limit.

I almost signed up for that 'service' you linked to, but I had no money to do it. Try it, and let me know ;)

you have to pay to do it. I hope You seriously wouldn't pay that site for the right to do work for them that is rediculous
