thats the thing, unfortunately he DOES make desicions, poor ones... which is why its important more than ever to vote in a decent pres. Its actually hard to read the quote you posted, a little too much much ebonics for me O0... if he didnt have authority, then the US wouldnt be such a shithole now.

well not really, but sort of. he represents them, gives them a face. he has some say, thats why we have check and balances, but yeah, puppet, a dumb one at that. |

I like DMX's first and second album but he blew after that. Not to mention being in movies with Steven Segal doesn't help out your resume. lol. Maybe Segal movies when he wasn't a ------- walrus.
