I wouldnt even bother warning him about putting out a paypal claim. just do it Bettter to do it prematurely than to be too late and miss the time period allowed

yeah, its listed as a turbonetics T3 in the for sale thread, but notice in the pic the black label on the turbo, its not even a turbonetics in the pic. that sucks man, thieves suck donkey dick, he will get what he deserves.

It is listed as a Turbonetics, but from the pic, the black tag reveals all.
The reason why?!?!?!?
Because the chinese mfg used a turbonetics turbine housing for their cast and the logo is in the copies.
Get your money back.

you need to open up a claim, then pretty much all you can do is to make conversion with the seller while paypal is monitoring the whole time.
If the seller refuse to do anything then you can ask paypal to make the final decision.
When you file the claim make sure you pick the reason as "wrong item sent" or " not as descripe"

Hey, The compressor housing is a turbo yz, but internally its turbonetics. The internals are rock solid. I used it on my teg with NO problems. You won't have any problems with it. Please cancle your paypal complaint. Thanks

Tell him it's still not a turbonetics turbo and he tried to pass it off as one. Continue with the complaint. He never said in his auction it was a "turbo yz with turbonetics internals" now did he.
