Difference in HP??

Just wondering the difference between a 1995 d15b7 from a civic DX and a 1995 d15b7 from a civic CX ????

I did some reserch and some sites say CX came with 70hp and DX came with 103hp

Does anyone know what makes HP diff between these motor's???

Thank's
James

I pulled the valve cover and it is 16 valve and out of a 1995 civic CX

Could it be a different size cam or valve sizes?
