Diesel racer!?

Re: Diesel racer!?
They should, great mileage and the huge torque in the low end of the rpm, make them great to drive... no need for using lower gears and sky high rpmīs... good reprises but no all that good for racing... narrow rev range... but can be quite fast in short distances...
Hereīs a video of the streetracing scene where i live, with a very powerfull TDI eating up some CTRīs... (that i donīt take part of)

Re: Diesel racer!?
Unfortunately our trucking industry and the political stranglehold have diesel prices higher than gas, and that's with what... <10% of consumer vehicles being diesel? If we had 90% diesels we would be fucked hard. People here need to stop complaining about gas prices though. $3.50 a gallon isn't anything when you think about milk and orange juice prices. Milk (Shenandoah's Pride specifically) is processed literally 2 blocks from my old high school, and yet it's still $3.50 a gallon while fuel which has to be shipped, refined, and then transported costs about the same.

Re: Diesel racer!?
no, your point was that we have other economical problems, that are overlooked cause people see a ~15% difference in gas, but fail to see a 30+% raise in produce, dairy...
the REAL truth is, your just worried about HMT's calcium intake.

Re: Diesel racer!?
Itīs gettin a bit off topic, but this situation is gettin ridiculous, gas prices just get higher and higher, with no flagrant reason...
Itīs just pure greed... they know we are completly dependent... itīs a powerfull lobby...
The same is happening to prime matters, they know we need it... soo many rich investors buy prime matter, the prices go up, they win another dime...
Itīs not because the stock is low, itīs because alot of ppl are buying it and selling it... with a higher price... itīs a vicious circle...
