At my school, people did that a long time ago. A carbon fiber chassis, Diahatsu 3cyl turbodiesel in the rear, 100hp electric motor w/ 2 speed VW transmission driving the front. As you can imagine, the thing can destroy VW axles like snapping twigs if the soft start feature of the motor isn't engaged. WWU Viking 23

I don't get why we don't just run straight ethanol. It gives out nox...but barely any Co2. Also it's cheap as ---- and doesn't require dirty ass oil refineries.


Brazil has been doing this for 20 years. What the ----. America sucks. Alcohol burns a little faster, but it's cheap and plentiful, and has an awesome octane rating for all us HMT kids.
