i would say ---- that guy the first time he started with an attitude. name calling is childish and he did not insure it. the only time its ok to not insure something is when its really sturdy like a manifold or something like that when it wont crack or break from shitty handling

I wouldn't worry about it, this guy obviously fucked up and knows it. He is basically trying to get you to fix his mistake. I say too bad for him...

i dont know, its his fault for not insuring it but maybe u could (next time) ensure that the shipper knows that it can be damaged easly and make sure it gets packed better.

if he had paid for the boxing or packing... the its his problem.. but since you were responsible for the packing... its really a tough call

he finally stopped emailing me. all is well now.

thanks for all of the input though. i really dont feel bad. i still cant believe he didnt insure it
