Default DId I get a good deal on these slicks?

Just bought these slicks from a guy on ht. Think I got a good deal? 125 shipped for some slicks, he said they have around 30 passes on them though, is that alot, by the pictures it looks like theres still some tread on them. What do ya think?

how long do you think they'll last? I don't go to the track very often but I want them to last a while.

soak the ******* in bleach and toe your *** end to a light pole, and do a smokey burn-out with them. that would be fun.

Sorry to tell you but with 30 passes on them they're completely shot. Remember slicks wear doesn't go off of tread or tire wear but heat cycles. And with that many heat cycles in them they're definitly as worthless as a trying to launch off two spare tires.

Sorry, but you got completely fucked. You'll be lucky to get any type of traction with them becuase no matter how big of a burnout you do , they still lost all of its properties that make them a high traction tire.

Yeah, they are completely worthless. My buddy bought some slightly used slicks and after 3 runs he trashed them cause he couldn't get any traction. Slicks work off of heat cycles, not treadwear. This is why I would never buy a set of used slicks becuase they're all probably junk.

kool,
what about drag radials. I really need some traction but money is kinda tight. I know I could probably get some new nitto's for less than $200 and mount them on some steelies, would it be worth it do that or should I just save and get slicks?
