Default Did I find a Utopia?

My co-worker showed me the information on his gated communities website. I found the comparion to the rest of PA pretty interesting: http://www.lakewynonah.com/additional_info.html

I love how they aren't afraid to address all the real problems with communities today

A selling point is a selling point:

Lake Wynonah compared to Pennsylvania state average:
Unemployed percentage below state average.
Black race population percentage significantly below state average.
Hispanic race population percentage below state average.
Foreign-born population percentage below state average.
Renting percentage significantly below state average.
House age significantly below state average.

I found something like that for my city too. I'll see if I can find it. It'll have Stevemode packing his bags to move here.

Its so bad around here that when we had the bay door open for the shop some ------- spic prostitute came in and asked if we had a bathroom, we said no, so of course she just squatted and pissed on the ------- shop floor. There's even bumper stickers that say: "Pray for me, I work in Reading PA"
