Did I find a Utopia?
My co-worker showed me the information on his gated communities website. I found the comparion to the rest of PA pretty interesting: http://www.lakewynonah.com/additional_info.html 
I love how they aren't afraid to address all the real problems with communities today

Its so bad around here that when we had the bay door open for the shop some ------- spic prostitute came in and asked if we had a bathroom, we said no, so of course she just squatted and pissed on the ------- shop floor. There's even bumper stickers that say: "Pray for me, I work in Reading PA"
