The Destruction Thread ***post up the carnage ***
Nothing entertains me more than watching pictures or video of ---- blowing up or ---- that has blown up and why.
SO i decided to start a thread with pure pictures and stories of ---- that blew up, wore out, or just plain ---- the bed.
So post up a pic. and a brief story on how it happend.
This is a EF Hatch I picked up. It was overheating and the guy drove it for 30 miles with the temp gauge to the limit,THe radiator took a ----, the headgasket blew. 3 of the pistons melted, scorched the block, toasted the valves, wore out the valve guides and blew out the valve seals. The head was warped to hell.

i got d15b6 57k miles and oil looked like it was never changed its entire life.. on the freeway just cruising then car stopped running and heard metal pieces falling out :-p
look at the pics of the head.. rofl
car it was in..
had to cut off the ball joint just to get the ****** off.. 2 hacksaw blades later...
even after i cut it to get it off i had to sit there and bang it with a a big *** hammer to get the piece out... gay but i consider it carnage loll
next we have this b16 tranny that shattered into pieces because the guy downshifted too soon..

so yea probably never did change that oil out.
To contribute. My bearings and rods have become one with each other. I tried really hard to pry the bearing martial away from the rod but it was just ------- welded on there hard.
Right about at the same time the crank seized on one of the main bearings and grabbed hold so hard that it turned the bearing inside of the block. theres a little dowl pin to line the bearing up inside the block. It got ripped out of its hole when the bearing turned and then this down pin which is about 1/4 inch in diameter is now wedged between a space that used to only allow for a few thousands of an inch for oil.
this is all volks wagon ---- so what the ---- do you guys care any way :P
