Use the slider and you'll see it never is "shown" in color. It is always in black & white.

Same thing you gotta stay looking in the same spot if you move your eyes even a little it's gone.

I tried a few times, the first time it freaked me out a bit, thought it was Bull so I went back and forth with the bar, and it was black and wait. Next time I held the color for about 5-8 seconds.
