go to the court house. Get a death certificate. Fill it out. Go to walmart and buy some rope. Walmart...not Home depot or Lowes, it's cheaper and will save you some cash. Find a tree and hang yourself. It'll save the hassle of bankruptcy paperwork and it's faster. Not to mention you'll be out of debt!

reason i asked was b/c i've been paying it for a long time. every time i pay off a good chunk something else comes up. ie. doctor bills,car stuff, weddings(not mine) and other stupid ----. im on top of all of them but starting school in a few months will add even more debt. and with cut hours ill probably be only able to pay min payment if that.
bankruptcy seemed the only way out. so i guess now just throw out your opinions on how to get out of it. killing myself is out of the question. lol

When you buy a house, you'll technically be in debt 100's of thousands of dollars. I've got a neighbor who buys ---- like it's going out of style. Fresh out of school ($200k), with no real solid job as of yet. You have 7k? hahahlol.
