DECISION HELP

Re: DECISION HELP
Hey man I got some info for you, yeah I think it's an extra 400 bucks a month, you'll hit E-7 quick. I tried this as an active guard reservist for a while a few months back. I only did it about a month before it broke me and I went back to training people how to shoot.
You work 6 days a week, and don't even think of the hours...your in the army, you know how it is, but you do spend a hell of a lot of time away from home, your phone NEVER stops ringing and the command brings down INCREDIBLE pressure....as in almost every recruiter with exception has to pencil ---- things at times.
It's good pay but hard to remain totally ethical and still meet your quotas.
depending on the command you get, it could be laid back, or on the other hand they may acctually make you you LOG at least 15=20 hours a week making COLD CALLS off of recent ETS list with home of records within a 75 mile radius.
you rarely will ever see a PT uniform (good or bad depending on preferance)
you will never deploy (thats always good)
Pay is fkin great not to mention yearly bonus.
fast promotion.
work 12-18 hours a day 6 days a week.

Re: DECISION HELP
if your having problems with your family just work on that and don't spend money on your car for the time being. I don't think going away from them and thinking getting money will fix the problem because money doesn't buy happiness all the time. Just workin on building back your family.

Re: DECISION HELP
I am trying to fix home but things have gone really really bad. still trying though. my family is very important for me, but it seems I can't do more than I am doing.
about the recruiting side, I wish I could just do trial run for a year or so. instead of 3.
