Default DECISION HELP

I just got offered a 3 year offer to become a recruiter in in states somewhere , require reclassification. I've always wanted to be a full time recruiter, but it takes a lot of time away form home, and have no personal time. I have a wife and 2 children and this tour will be unaccompanied.
extra pay fast promotion government car. should I take this offer?

some family fall apart due to money issues, so you need a balance, and I am trying continue live a good financial life and still have my family.
notice people bash and hate on me for spending money on my car, but if I did not work hard and make decisions like these I could not own a house, or afford spend money like I do. and now I need help from the mass on making up my mind, I miss the states, and need a break from home. but 3 years is a long break.
hope I can be a good salesman for the army.

with the way the military is viewed since bush jr's decision to jump into a war that would have happened anyways, i don't think you're going to get NEARLY the recruits as what you would have 10 years ago, but i hope it's enough.

I'd say he'd get more recruits with a democrat being in office.

and there are so many reasons why its a tough decision.
1 family.
2 will I like it
3 will I be successfull
4 will I land in good state
5 will I come back good to my family
6 will I have a regular jod when I get back
7 am I a good sale person ? I don't think I am
8 I tell it like it is. maybe potential soldiers don't wanna here that they deploy.
10 I hate being alone

but I've always wanted to be a recruiter, and my relationship with my wife is trouble and we need some time apart to figure things out, we have been married for 8 years.

Any marriage counselor will tell you that taking a break never helps the marriage. You either stay under one roof and try to make it work, or it's over.

There's always exceptions to the rule, but those are called exceptions because they don't happen often.
