Debuting my G2 Integra *dyno sheet & vids*
 

So... i haven't officially announced it on the forum, but my car is finally up & running!!
I've had it now for a little over a month. It's running slightly rich & making 265 whp w/ 170 ft/lbs @ 10 psi. Once I upgrade my ignition, i'm planning on raising the boost & running a little more of an aggressive tune.

GS-R turbo VS Neon SRT-4
Run #1: He gets the jump on me with 1 long honk followed by 2 short honks. I catch his ass at the top of 5th.
Run #2: This time it's a fair launch...... check the vid to see what happens ;)

GS-R turbo VS EF Hatch with LS swap
This hatch is very quick... he made me race him from a dead stop..... since my car has the traction of a snowboard, he whips my ass off the line. I eventually catch him and pass him. He made me race 4 times. He told me that it was "just a stock engine"... He didn't let me look under the hood either. ::)

GS-R turbo VS 350z Supercharged
I have to say I was very impressed with my car against the 350z. I was planning on him outright destroying me from start to finish. I knew I was going to lose, but i didn't make it to easy for him. I felt he only crept by me instead of blowing my doors off! I talked to him afterwards. He's running a vortec supercharger at 11.5 psi making 420 HP! He was definitely impressed with my car.

like i said.... i have it tuned rich. I'm not to worried about getting bigger #'s until i upgrade my ignition. Plus, i had an exhaust leak when it was dynoed. It runs much better now with the leak fixed. It is getting dynoed again on Saturday.

Doesnt seem too much like a HOME MADE TURBO setup to me but whatever floats your boat. You did however pick the best chasis known to man (IMHO).

yeah... it isn't very traditional HMT (dig through the junkyard for parts) style, but it is for the most part DIY HMT style. I pieced together the whole kit myself.... and definitely got things for a good price. Other than the precision machining work, i did all of the assembly myself. My dad & friends helped out with some of the fabricating & welding. I tune narrow throttle on my own, & had WOT tuned on the dyno. I told them to tune it to just get it running well until I upgrade ignition.

My goal is/was to see how much power i can make with the stock ecu and not have to be fixing a blown engine every month. It took me about 2 years to get it this far. slow and steady wins the race.

id look into diff management though, wouldnt wanna see anything happen to that motor because of a vafc......

yeah... when i bought the manifold, i didn't know any better. this is actually the 2nd one they sent to me... the first one butsted at the wastegate stem... so, they sent me a re-inforced one in it's place...... nevertheless, it works and i'll continue to use it until i (attempt) to make a new one. this friday, i should have more footage, and saturday, i should have some dyno footage.

just a question for everyone..... does that red hatch i raced appear to be what these guys claimed... just a "stock engine" i have a feeling he was spraying... i've never seen an LS hatch move like that.

theres no way that Hatch has a stock LS in it.

Almost sound like vtec x-over. but definately NOT a stock LS. You would have destroyed him.

yeah... i'm pretty sure it's an LS though, i kinda got a glimpse of the valve cover when he had the hood popped.... him and his friends all surrounded around the engine bay so we couldn't see under the hood... so shady!

umm... i guess probably because i'm a shitty driver? usually i try shifting at 8200.... perhaps i was just paying too much attention to the sickass car shooting fireballs next to me.

Fuel Management odd choice with the everything out there from the free editor systems and hondata but nice build. Ls motors react really well to cams and port work so Im sure it has top end work and a vtec trans

tonight, i raced a firebird on this crazy road..... the last time i raced an LT1, i walked on him real bad. this time, the guy hung with me the whole way as i pulled on him barely. I noticed that max hold on the AVC-R for boost was .55 bar....... normally it holds at .67.... so, i drove around a bit more. and reset the max hold.... tried a 2nd gear pull to check the boost again.... the car ran super slower than normal & still only making .55 bar. i pulled over and popped the hood..... it turns out that 3 of the 4 bolts holding the turbo to the manifold rattled off! HOLY ----..... so the car sat for the rest of the evening.... hopefully i can find a new gasket for tomorrow.

so... i finally found out the truth about that red hatch i raced in the video.... it turns out it has a built LS motor with 125 shot of nitrous!!! 'just a stock engine' my ass!

also, i talked to a guy who knows abut the srt-4 i raced..... it turns out he is running 20 psi.....

There was One big highlight from this evening....... that 350z i raced got called out by this guy in an Aston Martin Vanquish..... It was fat.... fortunately I bummed a ride in an SRT-4 and filmed it...... so, who won the race you ask?.... stay tuned until i can upload the fucker!

It turns out it was an aston martin vantage...... but i could've sworn is was a V12. still it's a 400 HP car out of the box. The 350z has a bolt on vortec supercharger. it dynoed at 420 i believe. well.... here's the race:
