the debut of my hatch
So having been a member for i believe over 2 years, I think its time I get in on the fun. I picked this hog up late august for $2K from my buddy with 86K miles. It had an Intake, header and exhaust which i installed for him 3 days after he purchased the car 3 years before i bought it. After that..... just routine maintenance.
Quick Overview:
stock y7, 90K original miles
Lowered on Ksport Coilovers..........which Ive loved for every minute btw
GSR rear sway bar
Short Shifter
ES Bushing master kit
Fresh OEM clutch, flywheel, pressure plate, and throwout bearing.
And finally a worn input shaft bearing that continues to make noise
Steelies and dumped
15's and dumped
Y8 head
EX front swaybar, LCA's and all other necessary equipment
Near future Plans are a built y7/y8 mini me and some turbo boost Things not pictured are a Turboxs RFL, and a walbro fuel pump, Autometer 3" Tach (got a good idea where its going....not ricey) Autometer oil pressure, and AEM UEGO wbo2 gauges. Also have the y8 intake mani with TB and vtec solenoid . still have lots of parts to gather (what a surprise), but it should be an exciting build. should be done around May i hope. Head and Intake Mani will be sent off to NY in January to have some porting done, as well as the whole head assembled with either a Ferrea or Crower valvetrain. Then the spare bottom end I have will be built, then the spare y7 tranny i intend to purchase will recieve some form of LSD or quaife. anywhoo, enough talk.....enjoy the pics

Sorry Abaz, the wheels are actually a pretty glossy black, they are just dirty all the time because i dont have time to make it all pretty everyday. It will take some time to make it faster than my old saturn. Reason why im going with a solid build before boost.
And yes Paul.....of course it is in better hands than before, notice the orange grill is gone. No bright orange H stickers.....I just cut the whole ---- out alltogether.

I put them on to pass emissions, and go figure, with obdII where i live, its just a visual test, they look to see if you have a cat converter, test the obd port, and send you on your way, no sniffer test.
