What's the story behind it? I have not seen anything saying what the movie is really about. Yeah, natural disasters and blah blah, but is it just going to happen with no story behind the movie, or do the humans mess something up?

The premise of the movie is that global warming causes a catastrophy at the ice caps, which causes a new ice age or something. :P

damn you...I thought this was gonna be a review, I wanna see it but I want someone to verify its doesnt blow first.
the cast is pretty good, I have high hopes but have a feeling its gonna be a big letdown.

looks cheesy...probably some decent effects, but how much of an effective storyline can you get from a movie like this

I hope the movie turns out good.. last time I saw something where they tried making a production of a disaster turned out to be crap (10.5 or whatever). Hope its good.

And yeah, Wally, if the polar ice caps melt like they are, world's gonna be majorly screwed up. Lets just leave it at that.
