that would require to much to cement the gutters shut. and wouldnt the weight of the gutters with cement fall off the side of the house

worst prank ever is to quick-crete someones pick-up bed. You can even use their own hose to do it.

here is an interesting story.

I used to drive a lincoln continental, back when I was 16. We tore through some guys yard near my friends house and left a few tracks. So we get home and some kids pulled up and got out talkn' ---- about fuckn' up the neighborhood, (it is ours too dumbasses). They didn't even know the guy whose lawn we drove on. We just said ---- off, and went inside. The threw a large rock through his ma's window as they left. So we just called the cops, I left for a second and came back driving my cavalier.

The cops called back later to say that the kids admited to breaking the window, and the cop said that one kid drove a lincoln that had the same wheel-base as the car that ripped up the lawn at the end of the street, and they wern't gonna go easy on the kids cuz they wouldn't admit to doing it.
