damn gas gauge
 

ok my gas gauge has been broken for some time now and im sick of running out of gas. sooo i desided to try and get someting working for i dont have the cash or the time to get a new crx cluster and put the damn gauges in the old one soooo i tried this.

the 1977 civic guage. tried it but all it did was peg to full. no working and dident want to ---- with resistors ETC.

this was my final solution till i get the cash to get another rex gauge. this gauge accurately reads the level without any problems. it fit in the coin pocket there perfectly and no cutting was involved. i was kinda surprised.

total time for hte mod: 20min.

if you want a full writeup i might do it if enough intrest.

JDM? i was going to use the other hole for the boost gauge i have, it fits perfect. it cam out of a USDM car...
