my pop's homeboy works as a mechanic for honda checked out my problem and said it was a ----- problem (missing IAT sensor) and just gave me a waiver paper to show the Licencing place. if you know some one that works in a shop that is Emissions blah blah waiver yadi yah Certified, have them sign a waiver form for ya
