If I was that rich, I would buy an $50k car and ---- in it everyday. I dont consider a 50$ car a "supercar".
IMO $100K plus makes it a true "supercar".

His kid is the culmination of his dumbass genetics, and lack of ability to raise his child. Sounds like he doesn't know anything to me.

BTW, EPA sticker on that Mustang claimed 17/25, Johnny, what gives with that??

Rite. I hate how this has become a site where to be cool you allmost have to be homeless. I dont meen brag all the time about fake ass ---- like GookSi does eather. Some people are just smart with their money, buisness, or just hard working. How is that a bad thing ???

Some people are very poor at raising their kids because while they learned good money skills they still have the "it takes a trailerpark to raise a child" mentality. Their kids turn out fucked up due to lack of rearing.

Or, they instill their children with some false sense that money imparts self-worth... which it does... but it's all fucked up when the kid's get some feeling of self-worth from money they haven't worked for, given to them by a parent, and the parent approves of that attitude. You end up with a bunch of stupid little know-nothing rich dorks looking down their nose at you because daddy's worth more.

Re: Dad's fault or son's fault?

Ill be the first to admit that my son is spoliled. He asks.He gets. But when he acts like a little douchebag I issue a good beatdown.I'm not afraid to swing my belt at him. Why do I spoil him? Because My objective is to provide for him better than I had. I feel that thats my job. Why? Because he didnt ask to be here. So I feel the responsability to make his life easy as long as he behaves and acts like a humam being and not a ------- numb nut.

I agree though that some people leave their money to raise their kids. Thats not being a parent.

Understandable position but you have to be careful w/that. Many parents have that point of view but don't even notice when their spoiling starts to damage the kids. In turn, kids think they deserve everything w/no reason of why or how its obtained, just that it appears.

I know of a family where the dad came from modest means, worked really hard and is now very wealthy. The loser son was given a porsche for completing drug rehab and then crashed it. The daughter was also given a car for graduating high school but doesn't have a liscence so it sit in a garage. Parents are trying to "help" their kids but what they really need to do is put a boot in their ass.

When you have a child and they are ------- up, as a parent, you will resort to many meens to get him on the straight and narrow. Thats probably why they bought him a porsch,It want because he deserved it. I'm pretty shure it was a "last resort" insentive.

I will suport my son(monetarily) untill he graduates college. If he desides he doesnt want to go then he's out when he turns 18. I dont care if he comes back(he wont know that). I just want him to go out and see what life is like without the security net.

Im the youngets of 5. I have seen my fathers mstakes. I have a brother that is a scammer, lazy, thiefbecause they gave him everything and expected nothing. One that is a 50yo mamas boy.He cant even wipe his ass on his own. Another that has no aspirations in life because he was neglected . My sister and I are the two outcasts because we left home early. My point? I can look back and allmost point out what my dad did wrong in every case. I would like to think that I learned how to be a better father by not being like mine. :-\
