vtec head or non-vtec head? vtec ftw
I'll be using a z6 block, y8 head, vitaras, tt rods. If you have access to a vtak head, then why not? There are some fairly simple things you can do with the y7 block to make the oiling issues a little less of a problem...

There was Vtec before there was OBD1, young padawan. You can still have the car obd0 and have vtec. Converting to obd1 is probably the best thing you could do though.
