D16A1 Engine at Boneyard
I just got back from the boneyard. They had an '88 Integra with a D16A1. Isn't this the same thing as a ZC?
Anyway, the throttle body was missing and the distributor had parts robbed from it. The engine also had 169,000 miles on it.
OK, the guys wanted $188 with an engine exchange, for the long block and intake and exhaust manifolds. Do you guys think this is a good deal? Should I avoid it due to the miles and unknown problems?
Also, the front crossmember, bumper, and radiator have been removed so it might be a pretty easy removal.
Just looking for some opinions.

First off, that motor wont even fit in a 4g Civic/Crx chasis, The only engine that motor is good for a swap is a 1g Crx.
Its almost the same thing as the ZC.. but their are some differences, mount locations, head configuration. But mainly they are both 1.6l DOHC's, and they do share alot of the same parts.
88-89teg is rated at 118hp.. (I think)
DOHC zc ranges from 130-137hp
